Returns & Exchanges

At AtwoodToys, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
